Efosa Guobadia, PT, DPT, MBA, is a physical therapist, movement health clinician and founder of FFITT Collective, the home of FFITT Health and FFITT Athlete. Through individualized clinical care, movement analysis and remote rehabilitation, he helps active individuals and athletes recover, build capacity and return confidently to the activities and sports that matter to them.
At FFITT Health, Efosa provides one-on-one physical therapy and movement-performance care in Hadley, Massachusetts. Through FFITT Athlete and LaxFFITT, he provides remote physical therapy for lacrosse athletes limited by injury or pain in Massachusetts and New York.
Efosa brings nearly two decades of experience across rehabilitation, performance and wellness. His approach is informed by his training as an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach, supporting a broader understanding of the factors that influence recovery, capacity and long-term health. He has taught and practiced internationally and has worked with Olympic runners, triathletes, recreational athletes and active individuals. He is also a Level 2 Certified Running Gait Analyst through RunDNA and has completed extensive training with the Institute of Physical Art.
Efosa holds a BS in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton and an MBA from the UMass Isenberg School of Management.
